Global knowledge exchange

We support, facilitate, and foster research, scientific exchange, and the dissemination of knowledge to improve the health of people who use drugs across the world.

This exchange focuses on evidence-based research that aims to improve access to prevention, treatment, and care for hepatitis C, other infectious diseases, and harms that occur from drug use.

We believe the most powerful impact is achieved when researchers, clinicians, advocates, and communities of people who use drugs come together to learn from each other.

That’s why we make sure that the input of people with lived experiences of using drugs is equally valued in everything we do. Their point of view is invaluable in driving change and improving the health of their community across the globe.
